Witnessed Direct Package
A witnessed direct cremation is a simple and dignified way to honour your loved one, while still allowing close family the opportunity to be present. It offers a meaningful balance between privacy and togetherness, giving families the chance to say goodbye without the formality or pressure of a full service.
This option takes place early in the morning between 8:30 and 9:00am. Up to 8 people may attend, with 10 minutes in the chapel to spend a quiet moment together before the cremation takes place. This time can be used in whatever way feels right—sharing a few words, playing a favourite piece of music, or simply being together in silence.
Because there is no structured ceremony, families often find this option more relaxed and personal. It can also be a gentle choice for those who prefer a simpler farewell or who plan to hold a separate memorial or celebration of life at a later date. It provides the comfort of being present at a significant moment, while keeping the experience intimate, calm, and unobtrusive.
